A native of Hamilton, Alabama, Andrea moved to Birmingham to pursue a bachelor’s degree from UAB. After graduating, she has worked in a variety of fields including public education as a teacher, as a Coordinator in Head Start early childhood non-profit, and in liver transplant at UAB. She brings a diverse set of skills and a service driven mindset to assist her clients at McGowin-King Mortgage.

Andrea currently resides in Odenville with her husband Drew and their two boys, Bryant and Cash.

Born and raised in Alabama, David takes pride in his excellent communication skills when working with his clients. David has 20+ years of experience and a deep understanding of the local market. He is dedicated to finding the best options to fit each client’s needs and is committed to making the home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

David currently resides in Trussville, Alabama, with his wife Kari, daughter Taylor, and dog Rosie.
